Orders & Customization

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

Customers are responsible for reviewing all spelling, names, dates, sizes, colors, and customization details before submitting an order.
Mockups or previews may vary slightly from the final embroidered product.
Colors and thread appearance may differ slightly depending on screen settings and material textures.
We reserve the right to refuse designs or requests that are offensive, inappropriate, or violate copyright or trademark laws.

Production & Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are estimated and may vary depending on order volume, customization details, holidays, or shipping carrier delays.

Rush orders may be available upon request but are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

Payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Once an order has been shipped, Sunshine Embroidery is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all custom and personalized items are made specifically for each customer, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on personalized or custom products unless an error was made on our end.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery so we can review and assist accordingly.

Intellectual Property
